made by throwing soaked cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup, and a few other ingredients in a food processor and blending until smooth.

make an incredible chocolate chip cookie crust, stir chocolate chips into cheesecake mixture and pour on top, and finish off with optional chocolate drizzle.

Bake for 25 minutes, allow to cool completely, and chill in the fridge overnight. cut into 12 bars and enjoy!
