three bean walnut pumpkin chili 


sauté veggies and walnuts in olive oil until softened. add spices and allow them to toast and incorporate for an additional minute.

add tomatoes, pumpkin, beans, and veggie broth. bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-45 minutes or so. portion into bowls, add your fave chili toppings, and enjoy!
