vegan peanut butter banana bread

mix batter in a large bowl and pour into a prepared loaf pan. bake for 50-60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean or with only a few crumbs.

this loaf can easily be made nut-free by using sunflower seed butter or tahini in place of peanut butter. no one has to miss out on the deliciousness!
