peanut butter and jelly muffins

these comforting muffins taste like the pb&j sandwich of your childhood and is made with nourishing ingredients.

mix all muffin ingredients except jam in large bowl and pour into prepared muffin tin. swirl in jam with a butter knife and bake for 20-25 minutes.

let cool for 20 minutes before serving with a chilly glass of milk. enjoy! (p.s. you can make these nut-free with sunflower seed butter!)
