made in one pot!

sauté onions, garlic, and spices before adding  vegan meet grounds and cooking until browned. add optional peas and tomato sauce and allow to simmer an additional minute.

add veggie broth, dairy-free creamer, and pasta, and bring to a gentle boil. reduce to simmer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and pasta is cooked.
