mix all wet ingredients together in a large bowl, add dry ingredients and stir until combined. pour into dish and bake for 40-50 minutes.

while oatmeal is baking, pulse freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor and then fold in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
