healthier jalapeño poppers 

vegetarian/easily gluten-free

halve and deseed jalapenos and rub with olive oil. be careful to wash hands frequently and avoid touching your face! (use gloves if needed).

mix cream cheese, yogurt, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper together. stuff each pepper half with the mixture.

put panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl and gently press each pepper half in the mixture to coat. bake for 20 minutes.
