crispy rosemary dijon smashed potatoes

vegan and flavor-packed!

boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until fork-tender. meanwhile, whisk together rosemary dijon sauce.

toss drained potatoes in the sauce, arrange on baking sheet, and smash with potato masher or large fork. drizzle remaining sauce over them and bake for 30 minutes.
