crispy parmesan dijon brussels sprouts

vegetarian/ gluten-free

whisk together olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss brussels sprouts in the mixture.

add almond flour, panko breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese and give them another toss.

bake for 20-22 minutes or until crispy and slightly charred. drizzle with an optional balsamic reduction. enjoy!
