this vegetarian and gluten free frittata is perfectly versatile for meal prep or a fancy weekend brunch!

sauté arugula, chives, and garlic and allow to cool slightly while you whisk eggs and cream together.

add goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and arugula mixture and stir until just combined. pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
